Adaptive armor: Battle Armor mode.
The armor cybernetically gives tahu greater strength and agility. Also, his mental focus and toughness have increased as he continues to fight for the matoran, lead his team, and gain experience.
note: His greater mental focus gives him greater control and strength of his mask power.
current statistics:
Strength: 15
Agility: 14
Toughness: 16
Mind: 15

Note the vertical jets: the combination of the horizontal and vertical jets give Tahu greater speed and agility in the air...
the adaptive version of the lava board he had in his nuva 2002-2003:
just picture the red-glossed wood as lava. you can't see his spinning shield in this pic, but he is in mid lateral flip, vaulting off of the lava using his shield :)
woah. The handstand one is the best. It's hard to do that especially with lava board.
